Help & Support

Find answers to common account and authentication questions, or reach out to the Help Desk for assistance.

Security Reminder

The Help Desk will never ask for your password. If someone requests your credentials by phone, email, or in person, do not share them — report it immediately.

Common Issues & Resolutions
Forgot Password

Contact the Help Desk for a password reset. You will need to verify your identity. If you recently changed your password, make sure you're using the new one.

Account Locked Out

Too many incorrect attempts will temporarily lock your account. Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact the Help Desk to unlock it immediately.

Passkey Registration

Sign in first, then visit your Profile page. Request an email verification code, name your passkey, and follow your device's biometric or security key prompts to complete enrollment.

Passkey Not Working

Ensure your authenticator app, security key, or device biometrics are available and up to date. If a passkey is lost or compromised, sign in with your password and delete the old passkey from your Profile.

Windows SSO Issues

Windows single sign-on is only available from district-managed devices on the internal network. If it doesn't appear, use password or passkey sign-in instead.

Access Denied from VPN / Proxy

For security, sign-ins from anonymous IP addresses, VPNs, or known proxies may be restricted. Disconnect the VPN and try again, or contact the Help Desk if you believe this is in error.
